Jay did an exceptional job! He went way beyond anything we expected. He made memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. When a baby dies that is all you have is the memories that are created in that short period of time – Jay did excellent.

Excellent service. Jay and his staff were wonderful. Jay’s a wonderful person, very caring. My mother died in Illinois and we brought her to Morris so a little more involved. Jay was so great, helping us from Illinois and then as we came to Minnesota. Everything went so smooth.

Everything was made so much easier and more comforting because of the excellence of Jay Dietz and the entire staff. Their suggestions were excellent at a time when we needed guidance. I wouldn’t change anything-the staff was excellent! About a year ago, I attended an information meeting at the funeral home on the value of planning ahead. It was a very helpful to me and made this present experience easier and simpler than it might have been otherwise. I hope they repeat the session.

The funeral home office staff was very helpful, understanding and caring during the time of our loss. They knew what had to be taken care of and who to contact, which takes some of the stress off of the family.
