Brett Allen Bouressa

The family will host a Celebration of Life on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Morris American Legion Post 294, at 507 Pacific Ave, Morris, MN 56267.

Brett Allen "Bubba" Bouressa, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at his home in Cyrus, MN. He was 36 years old.

He was born on October 29, 1989, in Morris, MN. The son of Bill and Kimberly (Heitz) Bouressa. He graduated from Morris Area High School and began working as a loader/truck driver. He loved unconditionally and was a teddy bear to all who knew and loved him - though, he would get very protective over those he loved when it was necessary. He was always there as a listening ear when someone needed to talk, he'd answer your phone call no matter the reason or time of day. He was a great son, father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend - his kids were the light of his life. He loved fishing, hunting, darts, beanbags, poker, demolition derbies and races. He will be missed by all.

He is survived by his parents, Bill and Kimberly; the love of his life, Kayla Perrier of Montevideo, MN; sons, Braxton Hommel of Webster, SD and William Perrier of Montevideo, MN; siblings, Cassandra (Patrick) Melville of Fargo, ND and Riccardo Crader of Cyrus, MN; nieces and nephews, Shelby and Cody Melville and Aryana Noyes, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, other extended relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his son, Brayden Bouressa; grandparents, Roberta and Melvin Reynolds, Dennis Bouressa, and Darrel Frier.

The Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris is in care of the arrangements for Brett.
