Carol Norgaard

A memorial service will be held for Carol at Federated Church in Morris on Sunday November 21 at 2pm.

Carol Ann Norgaard, daughter of Richard and Greta (DeLong) Mogler, was born June 28, 1949 in Morris, Minnesota.  Following her graduation from Morris High School in 1967, Carol attended U of MN Morris and Control Data Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Carol worked for the City of Minneapolis in the Department of Transportation for over 30 years. When Carol’s health deteriorated, she moved back to Morris to be closer to family.

Carol enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great nieces and nephews, scrapbooking, reading, and traveling.

Carol passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Courage Cottage in Morris.  She was 72 years old.

She is survived by daughter Karla Norgaard (Renny McCauley) and two granddaughters; son Paul Norgaard and 3 granddaughters; nephew Scott (Bridget) Mogler, 9 great-nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great niece; sister Marilyn (Lee) Gilbertson; brothers Mike Mogler and Jim Mogler; and other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Greta Mogler and brother: Richard (Rick) Mogler.
