A Memorial Mass for Corinne Zach will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, February 16, 2026, at Assumption Catholic Church in Morris with Father Todd Schneider officiating. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to Mass. Burial will be at a later date in Graceville.

Corinne Lillian Baxter was born on May 20, 1952, in Graceville, Minnesota the daughter of Gordon and Helen (Graumann) Baxter. She grew up in Graceville and attended Graceville Public School.

On November 29, 1969, she married Charles “Chuck” Zach and the couple made their home in Graceville and were blessed with three daughters, Alisa, Katina and Kim. Chuck died in a farm accident in 1978 and Corinne continued living in Graceville with her daughters until 1992 when the family moved to Morris. She later married Ron Erickson on June 13, 1997.

Corinne worked at the Graceville Hospital, Graceville State Bank for 11 years, and Morris State Bank/Bremer Bank for 25 years retiring in 2016. She was a member of the Morris Lions Club and Assumption Catholic Church where she served as Eucharistic Minister, lectured, sang in the choir and organized the September Fest for 20 years.

She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She was an excellent cook and baker and passed those skills on to her children and grandchildren. Flowers were her passion. She enjoyed assembling numerous pots each year to decorate her home and yard. She enjoyed many fishing and camping trips with Ron. She dearly loved her dogs taking them with her everywhere she went.

Corinne died Sunday, February 8, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 73 years old. For nearly 10 years, she courageously endured Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, a degenerative neurological disease.

Survivors include her husband, Ron Erickson of Morris; daughters, Alisa (Joel) Krusemark of Alexandria, Katina (Paul) Jarvis of England, and Kim (Chris) Holste of Lakeville; stepchildren, Heather (Jeremy) Goldberg of Lakeville and Joel (Melanie) Erickson of Cottage Grove; grandchildren, MicKenley (Henry) Brown, Charles John “CJ” (Teylor) Nagel, Aspen Cardwell (special friend, Tyler Van Eps), Hayden Humphries (partner, Jemma), Viennah Humphries, Hudson and Payton Holste, Nathaniel Coffey, Riley and Nolan Goldberg, Layla and Sawyer Erickson; great-grandchildren, Ellie and Roland Brown, Maizie Miller, Cody Humphries and 2 future great-grandkids; sister, Irene Linc; brother, Edward (Paula) Baxter and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Helen; husband, Chuck Zach and sister, June Baxter.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Vivie Hospice of Stevens County who provided excellent care for the last two years of Corinne’s life or the Stevens County Humane Society.
