Dan felt much pride in his children and much respect for his father and grandfathers, who had been in the military during the world wars. Dan has six children, four daughters and two sons. They were always in his heart and thoughts.
As his health declined, Dan appreciated all the help he received from the Starbuck Police Department, Pope County Adult Protection Social Worker, and various health care workers when he was hospitalized.
