Gary L. Asmus

Gary Asmus, age 78, of Morris, Minnesota, died on Friday, June 9, 2023, at the West Wind Village in Morris.  Following Gary’s wishes, no services will be held.

Gary is survived by his wife, Vicki Asmus of Morris; sons: Richard (Deanna) Asmus of Clearwater, MN and Michael (Laura) Kukla of Allen, TX; daughters: Audrey (Johnny Spohr) Larson of Donnelly, Brandi (Jeremy Mohr) Ross of Morris, and Tammy (Todd) Paulson of Alexandria; grandchildren: Ashley, Hannah, Jake, Austin, Gavin, Jaden, Brandon, Alex, Mitchell, Carly, Ethan, Marlow, and Zoe; great-grandchildren: Gunner, Lola, Allison, Logan, Ava, and Beckam; sisters: Diann Richards of Sauk Rapids, and Valerie Lutz of St. Cloud; nieces: Tina, Jackie, Maria and Heather; nephews: Brian and Clyde; faithful canine companions: Derby and Scooter; and many cousins and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his parents: LaVern and Lila (Wollin) Asmus; son-in-law, Steven Larson; and brother-in-law, Donald Lutz.

Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris is in care of arrangements for Gary.
