Helen "Jeanne" Beebe

Funeral services for Jeanne Beebe will be held on July 20, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Evangelical Free Church in Morris, Minnesota, with Reverend Marlin Mohrman officiating.  Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris and will continue one hour prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Hancock, Minnesota.

Helen Jeanne Mulvihill was born on January 23, 1928 to Burdette Kenneth and Lydia Ellen (Giese) Mulvihill in Marysland Township, Swift County, Minnesota.  Jeanne grew up in Hancock, Minnesota where she received her education at District 45 in Moore Township and Hancock High School, graduating with the class of 1946.  On October 1, 1949, Jeanne was united in marriage to Raymond Beebe in Hancock by Rev. Elmer A Buenning.  They made their home in Morris, Minnesota; Jeanne was an employee of the Stevens County Memorial Hospital.

Jeanne was a member of the 1st Congregational Church in Hancock and later the Evangelical Free Church in Morris.  She had several hobbies, including: sewing, calligraphy, crocheting, scrapbooking, gardening, cooking and canning.  Most importantly, Jeanne cherished studying the Bible and spending time with her family.

Jeanne died peacefully on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the West Wind Village in Morris, Minnesota; she lived to reach 90 years of age.

Jeanne is survived by her husband, Raymond Beebe of Morris; her children: Sheryl Fischer of Ramsey, MN Randolph (Leola) Beebe of Smyrna, GA, and Tammy (Barry) Miller of Monroeville, AL; 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; her siblings: Yvonne Thompson of Victorville, CA, Virginia Gregory of Pine River, MN, Myrna (Dave) Reynolds of Royse City, TX,  and Linda (Loran) Larson of Forest Lake, MN.  She is preceded in death by her father, Burdette Mulvihill; her mother, Lydia (Giese) Mulvihill; her great-granddaughter, Hadley Grace Miller and son-in-law, Leon Fischer.

Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris is in charge of arrangements.
