Rosalie Ann Frasl was born on October 18, 1942 in Brainerd, Minnesota, to parents, Steve and Helen (DeChaine) Frasl. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Francis Catholic Church in Brainerd, where she grew up and attended school. While still in high school, she met the love of her life, Raymond Collett, at the local ice rink. In 1961, she graduated from Brainerd High School. Rosalie and Raymond were then united in marriage on September 13, 1962. Their union was blessed with a daughter, Renee, and a son, Reagan.

Throughout her life, Rosalie worked several different jobs before taking a position as a buyer for Town and Country Supply. She retired in 2004. Rosalie enjoyed reading, watching her children participate in sports, and watching her grandsons race. She loved the many trips she and Ray took in their motorhome. Nothing was more important to Rosalie than her family, and she cherished every moment she spent with them.
